Vacuum Bags
Vacuum bags are locally manufactured 3 & 5 Layer co-extruded structure consisting of a combination of:
- Polyethylene (LDPE/LLDPE/mLLDPE)
- Polyamide (PA 6,6)
- A blend of Polyethylene and a Copolymer of Ethylene and Methacrylic Acid
We supply bags with an excellent abuse resistance, good optics and gloss, chlorine free and FDA approved food grade material
Barrier base and lidding film
Supplying of locally manufactured 5 layer co-extruded base & lidding film in a variety of widths and thickness with an excellent shelf-life and display.
High barrier properties (incorporates Nylon in two layers).
Film approved for direct food contact applications when packaging is used unmodified and according to good manufacturing practices.
BOPP, PVDC, Stand Up Pouches and Poly Bags
We have extended our range including:
- BOPP (Biaxially Orientated Polypropylene) (Poly Prop) Reels & Bags
- Meat patty disks
- PVDC (gold/silver/clear) bags
- Stand up pouches (Doyel packs)
- LLDPE/LDPE bags (Poly bags)
- Clear virgin sheeting.
